What we sell. We are an online retailer of grocery, personal care, and household products selected for people living with alpha-gal syndrome. Products are fulfilled and shipped by our brand partners; most orders arrive in 2–8 business days, and some specialty items may take up to 12. Tracking is provided by email.

Ingredient information. We check ingredient lists before listing a product and print the full ingredient list on each product page, along with the date it was verified. Ingredient information is provided by manufacturers and brand partners and can change at any time. "Alpha-Gal Friendly" describes our checking standard; it is not a medical guarantee. Always read the physical label on the product you receive before consuming or using it — the label on the product is the final word. Nothing on this site is medical advice; please talk to your doctor about what is right for you.

Orders and payment. Prices are in US dollars. An order is an offer to buy; we or our brand partners may cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, in which case you will be refunded in full. Payment methods are shown at checkout.

Returns. See our Refund Policy. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, or we made a mistake, contact hello@thealpha-galaisle.com within 30 days.
