A gluten free bread mix for baking soft sandwich bread at home. One 18-oz bag makes one full-sized 2-pound loaf, with oven and bread machine directions included. The same dough can also be shaped into rolls, bagels, baguettes, focaccia, buns, and more.

Ingredients: Modified Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Arrowroot Powder, Fine White Rice Flour, Cassava Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Maltodextrin (from tapioca), Flaxseed Meal, Psyllium Husk Powder, Sea Salt, Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, tapioca starch, monocalcium phosphate), Xanthan Gum, Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda.

Certified gluten free (GFCO), certified kosher (OU), and certified free from the top 9 food allergens. Dairy-free, corn-free, nut-free, and non-GMO. The mix itself is naturally dairy-free; the included recipe uses eggs or an egg substitute (flaxseed meal + water, or aquafaba), olive oil, sugar or sweetener, and yeast, which you add at home.
