gfJules Gluten-Free Sourdough & Baking Flour is a versatile flour for gluten-free baking. Use it to start a sourdough starter, or bake breads, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, muffins, and more. It is made to bake up light with a neutral flavor, without the grittiness of many gluten-free flour blends.
Ingredients: Modified Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Arrowroot, White Rice Flour, Cassava Flour, Golden Flaxseed Meal, Buckwheat Flour, Maltodextrin (from tapioca), Xanthan Gum.
The flour is dairy-free, corn-free, vegan, and nut-free. It is Certified Gluten-Free (GFCO), Certified Kosher (OU), and Certified Free From (CFF) the Big 9 food allergens: wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, and sesame. It is made in a dedicated gluten-free facility and is non-GMO. The single bag shown here is 24 oz.
