Real marshmallows, no gelatin. Dandies are air-puffed vegan marshmallows made by Chicago Vegan Foods in Illinois — no gelatin, no dairy, no corn syrup, and no artificial flavors or colors. This is the marshmallow most of us thought we had to give up: toast them, bake with them, float them in cocoa, or eat them straight from the bag.

Case of 12 bags (10 oz each) — about $6.30 a bag. The mini size is the hot-cocoa and baking size: sweet potato casserole, cereal treats, and topping duty.
