Can I mix brands in one subscription?
Yes — nothing stops you. But each brand ships its own box with its own shipping charge, so a mixed cart stacks shipping exactly like a regular order. That is the whole reason boxes here are built by brand: one brand's box means one shipping charge, and your panel above shows each brand's subtotal separately so there are no surprises.
Can I change what's in my box later?
Anytime. Sign in to your account on this store and open your subscriptions — from there you can pause, skip a cycle, swap items, change quantities, or cancel. Changes apply to the next cycle that hasn't been charged yet.
When exactly am I charged?
On your cycle date — monthly or every two months from your first order, per item. Shopify creates the order and charges the card you used at the first checkout, and emails you a receipt every time. If a card ever fails, you'll get an email so you can fix it; nothing ships on a failed charge.
Do subscriptions change the label rule?
No — subscriptions never bypass label reading. Ingredients can change between deliveries, so read the package label on every delivery, every time, just like our Label Agreement asks before any order.
Which brands give the 5% subscriber savings?
Only brands wearing the ⭐ badge on this page. A brand earns it by giving our customers something real — a price break, better shipping, or another concrete help. gfJules earned theirs by setting up flat-rate shipping for Aisle customers. When another brand helps, their badge (and the 5%) switches on — and if a brand flatly refuses to help at all, they don't get subscription boxes here until that changes.
